How much does an average trip cost?
Transportation is arranged to fit your specific needs. Talk to a reservation specialist to get pricing on the transportation that is best for your particular situation.

What type of buses are available?
Our fleet includes 56 passenger luxury coaches, a 33-passenger shuttle bus, 30, 28, and 15-passenger limo buses.

What features will my limo bus come with?
All limo buses come with free wifi, LCD monitors, DVD players, and a full (unstocked) bar with complimentary water.Wedding limo buses come with a complimentary champagne toast. All models, with the exception of the 15-passenger, have bathrooms.

Is there a limit on how many buses I can reserve at one time?
We do our best to meet the specific needs of our customers. If you know you will need to reserve more than one bus for your event please be sure to contact us well in advance so we can try and accommodate you.

Do you charge by the hour: Is there a minimum rental time?
We do not charge by the hour, pricing is based per trip. There is a 4-hour minimum for our coach and limo buses.

How much should I tip my driver?
Tipping is recommended based on service. A 15-20% tip is suggested.

Do I need to find parking for my bus?
Arranging parking at your destination is your responsibility. Depending on the trip, your reservation specialist may be able to advise you.

Can I see the bus before my rental is finalized?
Yes, a reservation specialist would be happy to schedule a time to view the bus in person.

Is a deposit required? How much and when?
Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Your reservation specialist let you know the amount based on your trip.

When is final payment for the trip due?
Your final payment is due two weeks before your reservation date.

What if my needs change after I’ve made my reservation?
Stuff happens, we get it. We ask for 24-hour notice on any changes to your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferrable.

Are wheelchair accessible coaches available?
No, but we would be happy to make recommendations.

Who pays for the driver hotel room if needed?
Paying for your driver’s hotel room is your responsibility.
